We offer a 30-day return window. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must include all original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Once your return is approved and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare products may not be eligible for return.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the issue.
